GATHR Membership Agreement
Flexible Workspace for Health and Wellness Practitioners
Location: 309 George St., Sydney NSW 2000
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Gathr., ABN 88 678 461 928, (“We”, “Us” or “Our”), and the undersigned practitioner (“You” or “Member”) as of the date of acceptance.
By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, which are designed to protect the integrity, safety, and quality of our practitioner community and the clients we serve.
1. Eligibility and Vetting
•To maintain a high standard of professionalism and client care, all Members must:
•Hold valid and relevant qualifications, certifications, or licenses to practice in their field;
•Carry current and adequate professional indemnity and public liability insurance policies in accordance with your industry standards;
•Provide documentation of the above upon request and update us with any changes to certification or coverage;
•Undergo a vetting process before activation of workspace access. This may include submission of qualifications, insurance documents, and a short practitioner profile.
2. Use of Space
•Access to rooms (treatment rooms, consult rooms, fitness areas, and private booths) is granted on a pay-per-use basis, subject to availability and booking through our platform.
•Practitioners may only provide services in line with their listed qualifications and within the booked spaces.
•Use of space must not exceed booked time. Overtime may incur additional charges or impact other
Members’ bookings.
•You are responsible for the conduct of any clients you bring into the premises.
3. Code of Conduct
As a valued Member, you agree to:
•Treat clients, other members, and our staff with respect and professionalism;
•Maintain cleanliness and reset rooms to their original condition after each session;
•Not engage in any illegal, unethical, or non-compliant practices;
•Refrain from misrepresentation of credentials, services, or affiliation with Gathr;
•Comply with all relevant NSW Health regulations and governing bodies applicable to your modality;
•Notify us immediately if any incident, complaint, or investigation arises involving you or your business.
4. Insurance and Liability
•You acknowledge that you are operating as an independent professional and not an employee, contractor, or agent of Gathr.
•You agree to maintain active and sufficient insurance and release Gathr from any liability arising from your practice, client interactions, or personal property while on premises.
•You indemnify Gathr from claims arising from your negligence, malpractice, or breach of this Agreement.
5. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership immediately if:
•You fail to maintain valid insurance or certification;
•You breach any part of this Agreement or our Code of Conduct;
•Your conduct poses a risk to clients, members, or the reputation of the space.
•Members on direct debit packages must provide 30 days notice, other members must provide 2 weeks notice. Any outstanding payments or penalties must be settled prior to finalisation.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
•We are committed to protecting your personal data and client confidentiality. You agree to do the same, in line with Australian Privacy Principles and relevant health privacy laws.
7. General
•This Agreement is governed by the laws of NSW, Australia.
•Amendments to this Agreement will be communicated in writing and effective upon notice.
•Acceptance of this Agreement is required prior to booking or accessing the workspace.

By signing or digitally accepting this Agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above.
